Conexus Laboratories is located on the campus of Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland. Medical directorship is provided by Annapolis Regional Pathology Services, LLC.

We are a full service medical laboratory offering thousands of tests with 98% of the routine tests performed locally on-site.

Conexus offers state of the art technology and informatics to expedite test results faster and more efficiently. Most results are reported the same day of collection.

Patients have access to conveniently located Patient Service Centers in Annapolis, Kent Island, Easton, and Lanham with wait times averaging less than 10 minutes. Conexus accepts most insurance plans.
